Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (STM) picture on operational organic Field Effect Transistor (oFET). The organic Field Effect transistors are potential candidates for the advanced flexible electronics. A platinum tip (the grey object measured with SEM) scans the transistor. The two pictures have similar scales, 8 micrometers by 8 micrometers.
